Shouldn't there be some personal limitations on what questions we ask?

Doesn't it see reasonable that if you have a problem with your or your that you would seek advice from a qualified practitioner instead of the Y!A community? I know were mostly anonymous on here but geez people, shouldn't we keep our genitalia out of it?
