Is he not that into me?

so this guy has been asking Q about me. But he doesn't ask for my number. He seems to talk to all girls. But whenever i walk by him...he just stares at me and my A** as I am walkin by...like he just literally gives long looks until i noticed..then he waved. Today he in break he just looks atme from a distant and like thinks....for some reason. I donno..what the deal is but its been going on for a month. I will be getting out of that work soo...I donno what the deal is.
