What do you think in the interpretation of psalms 68:31?

it says Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.don't you think there is a connection between these two countries Egypt was the deffender of the 3 councils and they were active from the first century Ad and monasticism was first introduced in Egypt.Ethiopia says that she have the Ark of covenant and almost both countries have 90% oriental orthodox christians from among christian denominations in their countries.please explain it to me.
