My three year old son has swine flu. Is it okay if I send him to day care so that they can take care of him?

My son has swine flu, but I have seven other children (tuplets, one single) and I'm supposed to have the day off from work tomorrow. This would be my ONE day to have the house all to myself. Is it okay if I send my kid to the day care center? Obviously, sending him to school would be irresponsible, but since there are less kids and more adults at the day care center, it would be safer, riht?
