The best way to remove all illegals,keep them gone no matter where they are from is to make their country of or gin financial liable for illegal border crossing. I suggest a fine system (WE would also be required to follow) that requires each country to pay for the fact their citizens crossed our borders illegally, no excuse or reasons will be excepted! I believe a fine that includes, cost of capture,house & transport to home country. This would be added to the base fine of $100,000. USD per illegal, per entry! The fines would be collected by increased tariffs, lose of favored nation status, lose of aid , confiion of property IE: real estate, aircraft, cars, bank accounts, or plan old cash transfer.Once Nations know they cant drop of their poor, criminals, sick or diseased without paying large sums of cash they will Control their borders and their people!
