A good quick recipe for beef stew ?

One thing the two recipes didn't mention is to cube the beef, then roll it around in a bowl with 1/2 cup flour. Then put the beef cubes in a skillet with a tbsp or 2 of oil and brown. The flour will help make the gravy.
