Looking for the name of a movie!?

I think it was released in the early 1990's. Its about these three friends thats decide to join the army. They go on the camp and one of them falls in love with a girl and they have some secret rendezvouses. They sneak out at one point and end up at a banquet for officers. They are mistaken for performer and they dress in drag and go an the stage singing in Spanish (i think) "MAMA YO KEDDO". One of the officers hits on the soldier etc. I really want to find it! thnx in advance
