I need help in english grammar?

I chose to write about teenagers drinking because I am a teenager who has had experience drinking and getting drunk. During my research, I discovered many things that I hope has made me wiser about the use of alcohol. Not only does it affect one's health, it causes other problems and dangers as well. I hope my paper will be a wake-up call to all teens who drink.
