How many calories did i eat today?
As a low fat snack, try getting some wholegrain crackers, and top them with cottage cheese. Cottage chees is very lowin fat (particularly if you buy the light version) and high in protein. When I was dieting (which I really should start doing again), I would eat three of these twice a day (between meals). I was going to the gym and had a personal trainer, and I went 3 times a week, and worked out for 45 minutes. I lost a lot of weight, but gained it again + some when I could no longer afford to go to the gym. Some spedcialists recommend eating 6 smaller meals a day - none of this brunch business - have breakfast, and then a snack, and then lunch.
