What is the biggest form of betrayal?

When someone in a position of trust and authority abuses your unconditional trust in them, so that they can hurt you, i.e., a pastor who ually abuses a child, or a female counselee. I think this is worse than a doctor, coach, teacher or parent even, because their position is held to the highest standard and they represent God's love to people.
