What does the Bible say that can take my worries and heartache away? :(?

I'm been feeling so lost and confused lately on the direction my life is going. I pray and I look for verses in the bible that really help a lot in different situations. But I can't seem to find any that would help me with putting my faith and trust in God that he will deliver me through tough times and very tough decisions :( my heart is sad and my mind is all jumbled up with mixed emotions and thoughts can someone please give any suggestions on a bible page I can read to put my mind and heart at ease :(
