Is it possible to over-clock my Dell Studio? (see details)?

I have a dell studio 15 32-bit vista home premium 3GB RAM 2.00GHz Intel core 2 duo A06 BIOS. When I go into the BIOS it won't let me change the voltage, fsb or anything. Is there a way to do it?
