7 yr old doesn't want to play baseball/sports, Discouraged/Disappointed Dad Needs Advice?

He may just not be into sports. Being a boy doesn't mean he's automatically a sports fan and it's unfair to resent him for that. His attempts at golf and hockey may have been to make YOU happy. There may be another way for you to spend time doing something together. Maybe fishing (I used to fish with my dad all summer, great memories), or just going to the park to ride bikes and play. Find something HE truly likes. On a side note, I think that if he signs up for something he should see it through, constantly quitting is not a good thing to learn.
